Beat Inflation Like A Pro: Unstoppable Dividend Picks You Can't Miss
The dollar surged 8% in 2024, fueled by the Fed's policy shifts and potential tariffs under President Trump. As inflation persists, the Fed's uncertain path adds volatility. Professional investors, including hedge fund managers, emphasize inflation protection. Infrastructure assets, particularly in renewable power and data centers, offer strong growth and income potential. Amid rising bond yields, I favor high-yielding stocks, especially in infrastructure and real estate, as these sectors benefit from inflation and offer stability and growth.

6.2% Yield And Big Buyback: Antero Midstream
Antero Midstream (AM) has achieved a 60.34% return since my last recommendation, outperforming the S&P 500 over that period. Now, it has reached an inflection point where it is about to launch a big buyback program. I revisit the investment thesis to see if it is still worth buying.

My Dividend Stock Portfolio: New November Dividend Record - 97 Holdings With 18 Buys
In November, I invested $1,400 primarily in Business Development Companies, boosting my yearly dividend income by $148, with a YTD total exceeding $1,400. My portfolio achieved all-time highs, driven by a strong earnings season and a dovish Fed, with BDCs like Goldman Sachs BDC and Blackstone Secured Lending Fund as key picks. November's dividend income hit a record $620, a 20% Y/Y growth, mainly due to ongoing investments into Hercules Capital.

Dividend Dynasty: My Blueprint For Market-Beating Returns
Dividend growth investing offers above-average returns with below-average risks, relying on long-term strategies that avoid chasing high yields or overvaluing Dividend Aristocrats. By focusing on overlooked opportunities in sectors like energy, aerospace, and transportation, I've built a portfolio leveraging long-term secular growth trends. This strategy refines traditional investing with disciplined capital allocation, aiming to uncover undervalued opportunities and achieve sustainable market outperformance.

My Favorite Dividend Stocks For The 'New World Order'
I explore the evolving “New World Order,” focusing on geopolitical changes and the U.S.'s strategic responses. This impacts global markets profoundly. Trump's pick for Treasury Secretary, Scott Bessent, aims to tackle U.S. debt and economic growth with his “3/3/3” plan—cut deficits, boost GDP, and increase oil output. Amid these shifts, I spotlight dividend stocks poised to thrive, emphasizing their resilience, strong yields, and growth potential in a changing economy.
