PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., tracing its roots to 1852 through the merger of Pittsburgh National and Provident National in 1983, is a major U.S. bank headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, offering retail banking, corporate banking, and asset management services across 28 states and Washington, D.C.
