Envestnet Asset Management, a subsidiary of Envestnet, Inc., founded in 1999 by Jud Bergman and Bill Crager, is a Chicago-based financial technology firm that provides wealth management solutions and software to financial advisors and institutions, managing over $426 billion in discretionary assets as of late 2024. Headquartered at 35 East Wacker Drive, it serves a vast network, including over 111,000 advisors and major U.S. banks, with a platform overseeing more than $6.5 trillion in assets, offering tools like portfolio management, trading, and reporting through an integrated ecosystem.
