Envestnet Asset Management, a subsidiary of Envestnet, Inc., founded in 1999 by Jud Bergman and Bill Crager, is a Chicago-based financial technology firm that provides wealth management solutions and software to financial advisors and institutions, managing over $426 billion in discretionary assets as of late 2024.
