Envestnet Asset Management, a subsidiary of Envestnet, Inc., founded in 1999 by Jud Bergman and Bill Crager, is a Chicago-based financial technology firm that provides wealth management solutions and software to financial advisors and institutions, managing over $426 billion in discretionary assets as of late 2024. Headquartered at 35 East Wacker Drive, it serves a vast network, including over 111,000 advisors and major U.S. banks, with a platform overseeing more than $6.5 trillion in assets, offering tools like portfolio management, trading, and reporting through an integrated ecosystem. Known for its innovative AdvisorSuite software and Portfolio Management Consultants (PMC) division, Envestnet supports advisors with sub-advisory services, research, and data analytics, bolstered by its 2015 acquisition of Yodlee for enhanced data aggregation.
