Nasdaq and S&P 500 called higher as FOMC meeting begins
Stocks were looking mixed ahead of the opening bell in New York on Tuesday, as the Federal Reserve begins a meeting that is expected to conclude with at least a quarter-point cut to interest rates.  Futures suggest the Dow Jones will start very slightly lower, while the Nasdaq and S&P 500 are called 0.3% and 0.2% higher, respectively.
