Miami, FL, Sept. 05, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tecnoglass, Inc. (NYSE: TGLS) ("Tecnoglass" or the "Company"), a leading producer of high-end aluminum and vinyl windows and architectural glass for the global residential and commercial end markets, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share, or $0.44 per share on an annualized basis, for the third quarter of 2024. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2024 will be paid a dividend on October 31, 2024.
