About: Orchid Island Capital Inc is a specialty finance company that invests in residential mortgage-backed securities. The principal and interest payments of its RMBS are guaranteed by the Federal National Mortgage Association, the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, or the Government National Mortgage Association, and are backed by single-family residential mortgage loans. The company's investment portfolio is divided into two categories namely traditional pass-through Agency RMBS; and structured Agency RMBS, such as collateralized mortgage obligations, interest-only securities, inverse interest-only securities, and principal-only securities, among other types of structured Agency RMBS.

The dividend of $0.12 per share will be paid August 28, 2025 to holders of record of the Company's common stock on July 31, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of July 31, 2025. The Company plans on announcing its next common stock dividend on August 13, 2025.
