The fund's primary investment objective is to seek a high level of current income with a secondary objective of capital appreciation. It invests under normal market conditions, a majority of its total assets in dividend or distribution paying equity securities of U.S. companies and non-U.S. companies traded on U.S. exchanges. Its portfolio of investments consists of securities of different sectors such as Natural Gas Transmission, Real Estate Investment Trusts, Petroleum Refining, Oil and Gas Extraction, Electric Services and others.
